About the company
As a SaaS business that sells primarily to mid-market and enterprise customers, our client is a Series A scaleup that is looking to bolster its marketing team with two new hires.
This is a great opportunity to join a business with 50 employees and a growing marketing team of 3.
The role
This is a newly created role where you will own, lead, and execute a demand generation strategy to help drive more revenue for the business, with a particular focus on mid-market and enterprise customers.
* Strategy: own and execute a demand generation strategy, including acquisition campaigns and customer marketing activities
* Management: manage, coach and develop a team of 2
* Demand Generation / ABM: plan and run campaigns to create demand, taking ownership of full funnel metrics from MQL to retention
* Campaign Execution: manage and execute campaigns across email, web, paid, webinars, events, direct mail, etc.
* Creativity: come up with creative ways to engage prospects and expand on existing customers
* Customer Marketing: plan and execute customer marketing campaigns designed to retain and upsell
* Team Collaboration: work with sales on account selection, lead management and sales enablement, as well as the wider GTM team, to ensure the customer experience is class leading
* Budget Management: you’ll own a significant budget and analyse the effectiveness of your campaigns, always looking for ways to improve and optimise activities
What you will need to succeed in this role
* B2B marketing experience in the tech sector
* Focus on demand generation, with experience of running ABM campaigns beneficial
* Prior experience using Hubspot
* Good balance between data and creativity, and planning and doing
* You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude with excellent project management skill
