We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. This is a key, hands-on role, that is essential in ensuring that hardware, software and network systems operate efficiently, securely and reliably to support our business operations.
This is a full time, permanent position based on site at our Leicestershire facility.

As our IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, implementation and maintenance of the organisations IT and telephone systems.
This is a hands-on role, that is critical in ensuring that hardware, software and network systems operate efficiently, securely and reliably to support our business operations.

About You:
Proven experience in IT support and system administration.
Collaborative team player with clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to manage own workload.

Technical Skills:
* Proficient with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365
* Knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
* Experience with active directory, file servers, and backup solutions.
* Proficient with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Workspace)
· Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or ITIL
