This is a part-time role working 16 hours per week:
Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm
As our Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver high-quality meals in a friendly, supportive kitchen. Your role will be key in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high food standards, and creating a positive dining experience for our residents.
Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to a high standard
Support daily kitchen operations and supervise junior kitchen staff
Help develop menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Previous experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar kitchen role
