Job Description
* Perform regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.* Inspect packaging, labelling, and coding to ensure accuracy and compliance.* Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to hygiene standards.* Record and report quality data accurately and timely.* Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from standard procedures to management* Support in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).* Support internal and external audits (BRC, ISO and Customer audits)
The Successful Applicant
A successful QA professional should have:* Previous experience in a quality or production role within a manufacturing environment.* Basic understanding of quality systems, food safety (e.g. HACCP), and hygiene standards.* Good observation skills and attention to detail.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing environment.* Strong communication skills and ability to follow SOPs.
