Role Overview
This is a key leadership position within the NRC, supporting the AHP Consultant and NRC Director in delivering the NRC Academy and serving as its academic lead. We seek an ambitious and dedicated nurse or Allied Health Professional (AHP) responsible for developing systems and policies to support education and training within the NRC Academy, implementing an academic plan aligned with the strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Promote sharing of best practices among the clinical team.
2. Demonstrate high-level clinical skills as a senior leader.
3. Guide the team on Evidence-Based Practice.
4. Ensure the delivery model incorporates the latest research and innovations.
