Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist with the hiring process. Act as TA’s first point of contact for retail recruitment. Assist at all stages of the student recruitment process, liaise with hiring managers and universities on updates and create a timeline to ensure all roles are placed successfully. Create offer letters and student agreements, and process necessary H&S forms for final approval from universities. Build upon relationships with universities and future students/grads, attending careers fairs and networking. Facilitate interviews for senior staff (organise refreshments, necessary meeting rooms, prepare paperwork, communicate necessary details to relevant stakeholders) Create weekly communications to Barbour employees of current vacancies / HR / training updates. Represent HR and take notes in internal and external interviews. Produce materials to upskill managers on recruitment. Explore ways to improve the careers page. Manage recruitment inbox. Support in content creation for LinkedIn to increase traffic and following across the channel. To participate in projects to ensure the department meets its objectives. Provide general admin support to the department as required. The training you will be getting This amazing opportunity for the right candidate will involve completing a level 2 Recruitment Resourcer qualification. This role is based at J Barbours & Sons Headquarters firmly located in the Northeast of England. The training will be 20% off the job. You will be assigned a designated Sector specialist skills coach who will deliver and mentor you on this qualification.
