The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Mayfair Office Real Estate Gallery. The primary clients are the member real estate professionals and property developers who have joined the network to benefit from shared property exposure and additional marketing benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a real estate gallery in the heart of Mayfair.
* Receive inquiries and guests, ensuring a consistent experience for all network members, developers, and their clients who are using the shared office.
* Maintain a highly presentable office environment, including oversite of the real estate offerings showcased, web and in-office digital displays, and collateral materials.
* Initiate and track all communications with network members and developers, assisting them in maximizing their network membership benefits.
* Oversee member events and developer exhibitions held within the gallery, including invitations/attendance, collateral materials, digital displays, catering, and overall event management.
* Serve as the London office representative for the global corporation, being responsive to inquiries from multiple business units around the world.
Skill Sets:
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented and dependable.
* Proven experience in member/client relationship management, preferably in real estate, luxury retail, hospitality, or professional services.
* Project and operational management skills preferred.
* Skilled in business software, with preference for experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
* Professional presence with service-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse global teams.
