Responsibilities
* Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the care home
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards
* Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines (including CQC requirements)
* Manage, support, and develop staff to create a positive and effective working environment
* Oversee budgets, occupancy levels, and overall operational performance
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
* Lead on inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar leadership role
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice within care services
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
* A compassionate, resident-focused approach
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g. NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
* Ability to hit the ground running and manage change effectively
