Role & Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the completion of accurate financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and statutory regulations.
* Lead the reporting processes under the Solvency II directive, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all required documentation.
* Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
* Maintain and strengthen internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals.
* Collaborate effectively with management teams and other departments to support cross-departmental financial initiatives and optimizations.
Key Skills
* Profound understanding and hands-on experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Statutory Reporting.
* Expertise in Solvency II Reporting within the Insurance industry.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to interpret and analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in financial management and accounting roles within the Insurance sector.
