We're seeking a future team member for the role of Business Transformation Project Manager to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in London, UK - HYBRID. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Engage with stakeholders across different regions and departments to understand their needs, gather feedback, agree priorities and escalate issues. Conduct comprehensive analysis of onboarding and maintenance business processes including, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Design and deploy business operating models across multiple functions. Coordinate and supervise end-to-end project management activities such as project reporting, project planning and scope management for projects of high complexity. Manage, track and resolve risks, issues and dependencies, escalating to senior management, as needed Ensure project delivery is in conformance with company methodologies and standards. Contribute to the development and achievement of the department's strategic objectives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable. Vast experience in Project Management, Business Transformation or Consultancy, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. Strong understanding of operating models, business and technical change and process reengineering. Deep understanding of stakeholder needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
