You'll:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
* Encourage communication, social interaction, and confidence in the classroom
* Help pupils regulate emotions and develop positive behaviours
* Support with tailored learning activities and structured routines
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver individualised strategies
The School
This is a nurturing and inclusive specialist school, offering a low staff‑to‑pupil ratio (around 6:1) to support individual learning and development. Embedded values centre on respect, resilience and responsibility, fostering an environment where every child can feel safe, valued and able to thrive
Hours
8.30 am–3.30 pm, Monday to Friday. Full‑time and part‑time applications are welcome.
The Benefits
Competitive pay, long‑term temporary placement with the potential to become permanent, opportunity to use creative flair in SEND education and make a real impact in a rewarding, supportive environment.
