x1F527; The Role: Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Contract Supervisor, you will be the key operational link between our company and our clients. Your main duties will include:

Delivering M and E Contract Requirements: Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.

Customer Relationship Management: Serving as a primary customer interface, ensuring visibility, clear communication, and adherence to contract requirements. Attend customer site meetings when appropriate.

Documentation and Reporting: Providing comprehensive Site Visit Reports (SVRs) and full feedback for all tasks on a daily basis, and ensuring accurate weekly timesheet submission.

Safety and Compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and company policies, following Safe Systems of Work (SSOW).

Operational Efficiency: Working closely with the central Work Scheduling team to ensure effective scheduling, driving efficiency targets, KPIs, and SLAs.

Cost Control and Small Works: Taking responsibility for managing costs within your works and costing/managing the delivery of required small works projects.

Development and Improvement: Actively seeking self:development to stay current with modern practices, technology, and industry best practices, while identifying areas for process improvement.

Call Out and Stand:in: Providing 24:hour Call Out cover on a regular rotational basis and being capable of stepping up to cover for the Contract Supervisor when required.
