The Job youll do
1. The Customer service coordinator will support day-to-day business operations across customer service, logistics, and vendor management.
2. This individual plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
3. Ideal candidates are highly organized, responsive, and proactive in problem-solving.
4. Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
5. Track and manage order status, delays, and issues.
6. Provide proactive updates and resolve complaints with professionalism.
7. Assist in planning and booking domestic and international shipments.
8. Coordinate with freight forwarders, warehouses, and carriers.
9. Track deliveries and maintain accurate records of shipping documents.
