Responsibilities
Deliver the Healthy Child Programme as part of a one team approach, planning, delivering, and evaluating an efficient and cost‑effective service for an identified population. Work in partnership with partner agencies, delivering the National and Local Public Health agendas in response to identified health and social need, ensuring best outcomes for children, young people and families. Lead and deliver the Healthy Child Programme against the 6 early‑years high impact areas, ensuring services are provided within the tiered model approach—building community capacity, universal, universal plus and universal partnership plus.
Skills & Attributes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver under pressure and work in a rapidly changing environment.
