Located at the heart of the stunning Warwickshire countryside, in the medieval market town of buzzing Stratford-upon-Avon, Cox’s Yard sits proudly in an area famed for its history, culture and quaint beauty which attracts literary enthusiasts and curious visitors from all over the globe.
Position
* Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
* Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
* Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
* Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
* Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
* Being a supportive and proactive leader
Requirements
You will need to demonstrate:
* Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
* Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
* The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
* A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
