Skilled and Semi-Skilled Operatives (Offsite Manufacturing)
CCG is recognised as one of the most innovative and sustainable construction and manufacturing groups in Scotland.
We have been a leading fabricator of enhanced closed panel timber systems since 2010. Our product — known as ‘iQ’ — is one of the most advanced of its kind in the UK and is manufactured under some of the most sophisticated offsite construction conditions in the country, from our £12 million, 130,000 sq. ft. facility, CCG OSM, located in Glasgow.
The OSM division and iQ product are currently supporting the delivery of 1200 low carbon and ‘net zero ready’ homes, as well as a number of care homes – ranging from 50 to 60 beds – across the Central Belt.
Skilled and semi-skilled operatives are sought for the main production area of the OSM facility.
The successful candidate will have experience in following fabricated drawings to build and install products, as well as the ability to use both hand and power tools, which is an important part of this role. Previous experience of building Floor Cassettes is preferable but not essential. All training will be provided for the right candidate with an agreed-upon training plan with your Line Leader.
