Contribute to extracurricular opportunities such as reading/book clubs, creative writing, debating/public speaking, school magazine or drama productions. Show a willingness to go ‘above and beyond' to support pupils' literacy, progress and aspirations. Be a collaborative team player, building positive relationships with colleagues, pupils and families.
