International Employee Benefits Manager | EMEA & APAC
London | Hybrid (4 Days Office) | £100,000–£120,000 Base + Bonus (c.£150,000+ Total Compensation)
I'm currently partnering with a top-tier global Financial Services organisation to appoint an International Employee Benefits Manager at Head of level, based in London.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of Benefits across EMEA and APAC for one of the world's most sophisticated and highly regarded investment organisations. Acting as the regional subject matter expert, you'll have genuine influence over the international benefits agenda while working alongside some of the brightest talent in the industry.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is not a role where you'll simply maintain existing programmes.
You'll be given the platform to shape, evolve and enhance benefits across a complex international population, partnering closely with senior HR leaders, business stakeholders and global colleagues to ensure the organisation remains at the forefront of employee experience and reward.
At the same time, this is a genuinely end-to-end role. You'll need to be equally comfortable influencing strategy in senior stakeholder meetings as you are supporting employees with day-to-day benefits queries and operational delivery.
For someone who enjoys autonomy, visibility and impact, it's a fantastic opportunity.
The Position
This is a standalone role with responsibility for Benefits across EMEA and APAC, reporting into a global team based in the US.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving and shaping the international benefits strategy across multiple jurisdictions
* Managing and enhancing benefit programmes across EMEA and APAC
* Acting as the regional Benefits SME for employees, managers and HR stakeholders
* Overseeing pension, medical, dental, life assurance, income protection, leave policies and voluntary benefits programmes
* Managing third-party providers, consultants and brokers
* Leading benefits renewals, governance and vendor performance reviews
* Developing engaging employee communications and education initiatives
* Supporting annual enrolment activities and onboarding programmes
* Ensuring compliance, governance and operational excellence across all benefit processes
* Analysing employee feedback and market trends to continuously improve the benefits offering
* Delivering a best-in-class employee experience within a highly service-oriented environment
The Environment
The organisation operates a 4-day office model and offers an exceptional working environment that genuinely invests in its people.
Employees benefit from premium on-site facilities, including:
* State-of-the-art gym facilities
* Access to personal training services
* High-quality restaurant and catering amenities
* Collaborative and high-performing office environment
* A culture where HR is viewed as a true business partner and strategic contributor
About You
Financial Services experience is not essential.
The client is open to candidates from a broad range of sectors, provided you bring strong international benefits expertise and the ability to operate effectively within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
We're particularly interested in speaking with:
* Experienced Benefits leaders looking for a highly visible international remit
* Emerging talent with approximately 7+ years of international benefits experience ready to step into a broader leadership role
* Professionals with strong EMEA experience and ideally some APAC exposure
* Individuals who enjoy balancing strategic thinking with operational execution
* Strong relationship builders who can influence stakeholders across multiple geographies and levels
Success in this role will come from your ability to combine technical benefits expertise, commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience.
If you're looking for a role that offers international scope, genuine ownership, significant visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact within a world-class organisation, I'd be delighted to speak with you.
