This exciting opportunity offers an ongoing contract with a competitive hourly rate of £41.67. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a dynamic team of Community OTs, Early Intervention OTs, Housing OTs, and a small group of Children’s OTs.
* Collaborate with three Assistant Team Managers to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.
* Report directly to the Head of Service, contributing to strategic planning and implementation.
* Utilise expertise in social care occupational therapy to guide team practices, including knowledge of legislation, adaptations, and equipment.
* Foster an environment of continuous learning and development for professionals at various levels of expertise.
* Engage with stakeholders and community services to enhance the recognition and value of occupational therapy within the directorate.
Qualifications
* Robust experience in social care, team management, and HCPC registration.
* Driver’s license is advantageous for managing team coordination across locations.
