Salary & Earnings Potential: £29,000 DOE with uncapped commission – OTE £50k+.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm, no weekends. Please ensure you can commit to the required working hours for this role before submitting your application.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, with quarterly retention and revenue growth targets.
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across Yell’s full range of digital marketing solutions.
* Conduct regular account reviews with customers, analysing campaign performance and recommending strategies to maximise ROI.
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner for their digital marketing needs.
* Develop clear account growth plans to increase customer spend and long‑term value.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including Service, Fulfilment, and wider Sales teams to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate pipeline and customer activity in CRM systems.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in selling digital marketing or high‑value digital solutions.
* A strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
* Good understanding of digital marketing products, campaign performance, and online advertising solutions.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex digital concepts into clear client recommendations.
* Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, resilient, and results‑driven with a proactive approach to client management.
