Artis Recruitment is working with a well-respected organisation in the social care sector to recruit a Temporary HR Advisor to support their busy People and Culture team. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity for an experienced HR professional to step into a generalist role where you can make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What you'll be doing: Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice, especially around employee relations and absence Advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes Supporting formal casework and attending hearings Collaborating with recruitment, operations and wellbeing teams to support workforce needs Maintaining accurate HR records and contributing to policy development Producing HR reports and supporting continuous improvement initiatives What we're looking for: Proven generalist HR experience, ideally within a regulated or care environment Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations CIPD Level 5 or equivalent practical experience A proactive, organised and collaborative approach Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships What's on offer: £30,000 salary Full-time (40 hours/week) Immediate sta...
