Veritas Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Practitioners to work across a variety of welcoming nursery settings throughout Leeds.

This role is ideal for qualified Level 2 or Level 3 practitioners, although experienced unqualified candidates with a strong background in childcare or nursery settings are also encouraged to apply.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing, helping to create positive early experiences that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities
* Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Acting as a key person where required
* Assisting with observations, assessments, and learning journeys
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Supporting daily nursery routines and activities
* Following safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
Requirements:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred
* Experienced unqualified candidates will also be considered
* Previous nursery, childcare, or early years experience
* Good understanding of the EYFS framework
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach
* Passion for supporting children’s development
