Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Support Personnel to complement our team of Account Managers. As a vital part of our sales office, this role involves assisting in various tasks crucial to our daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers, both verbally and in writing. Generate quotes and process sales and purchase orders efficiently. Upload data onto trading platforms utilized by the company. Provide holiday coverage for our freight department. Proficiently utilize Windows applications, with a focus on Excel. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal abilities. Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
