Working hours: To be discussed Responsibility What will you be responsible for: Providing high-quality social work services to clients. This will include conducting assessments, developing care plans, and monitoring client progress. You will also be responsible for liaising with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible care for your clients. Specifically the activities will be: Conducting comprehensive needs assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing direct support and counseling to clients, liaising with other agencies and professionals (doctors, therapists etc.), maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, attending regular team meetings, and adhering to all relevant professional and legal standards. Experience What requirements are we looking for? Significant experience as a qualified Social Worker, ideally within a similar setting. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Requirements/Skills What requirements are we looking for? A valid Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work) and registration with the relevant professional body. Experience working with vulnerable adults or children (depending on the specific role). A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle may be required depending on the caseload. Level of study What requirements are we looking for? A relevant Social Work degree or equivalent qualification is required. Post-graduate qualifications and experience are advantageous.
