Youll get the opportunity to play a critical role in the success of a systems overhaul aaaaaand youll be reporting into an awesome manager. We should know. We placed them.
As part of the HR shared services team youll be involved in leading improvement projects to systems and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
When it comes to ways of working theres plenty of flexibility to work remotely on offer with just one day per week in a Buckinghamshire based office and the odd bit of travel for workshops as and when required.
If youve liked what youve read so far and are thinking of applying its worth knowing that as well as payroll process experience you will definitely need to have worked on implementations and the ongoing support of payroll/ HR systems.
Systems wise, Oracle HCM experience is a must but youll get extra credit if youve worked on absence or time and attendance rollouts too.

Theres a base salary of 38-45,000 on offer plus bonus and a broad range of benefits.
