World Class Defence Organisation is currently looking to recruit a Project Officer subcontractor on an initial 12 month contract. Any experience of Power BI would be very beneficial. * Understanding of how manufacturing data supports cost, schedule, quality, and delivery performance within a project environment.
* Experience extracting, transforming and analysing data from project and manufacturing systems (such as Primavera/MS Project, ARM, JIRA, SAP)
* Ability to translate complex manufacturing and materials data into clear, structured reports and dashboards for project teams and management.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating, maintaining, and analysing manufacturing data reports, using formulas, tables, and basic data analysis techniques.
* Experience creating professional PowerPoint briefing materials to support internal reviews, project updates, and management meetings.
* Awareness-level knowledge of Power BI, including interpreting existing dashboards and reports to support project performance monitoring.
* Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to data accuracy and reporting.
* Clear and confident communicator, able to explain data-driven insights to a range of stakeholders. xsngvjr
* Proactive and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple reporting tasks and meet regular deadlines.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
* Analyse and report manufacturing and materials data using SAP
* Create and maintain Excel-based manufacturing performance reports
* Produce clear PowerPoint briefing materials for project and management reviews
* Support project teams with data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
* Interpret and utilise Power BI dashboards at an awareness level
