Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Payroll Administrator, located in Truro. The Senior Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payrolls accurately and timely, managing payroll records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The role also involves coordinating with the Auto Enrolment Pension service, preparing payroll reports, and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
* Payroll processing and payroll software proficiency
* Knowledge and experience in statutory payroll compliance and regulations
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Capability to manage and maintain accurate payroll records
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Ability to work independently and take initiative
* Experience with Auto Enrolment Pension services is a plus
* Payroll qualification is desirable
