The Ironclad Director will work closely with our VP Commercial & Operations, Ironclad Sales Director, and global Ironclad Delivery team to scale Consilio’s Ironclad practice. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in legal technology, legal operations, contract management solutions, and professional services delivery. The Director will oversee global project execution, manage teams, ensure client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence across engagements in addition to supporting sales and partnership activities. Delivery Leadership Own end-to-end delivery of Ironclad implementation projects working with global Ironclad delivery infrastructure, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence. Define and enforce delivery methodologies, best practices, and quality standards. Act as the primary escalation point for project issues and risks. Client Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as a trusted advisor on Ironclad capabilities and adoption strategies. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to support the sales cycle - in particular, driving scoping conversations and proposal development, and presenting to clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Team Management Lead and mentor a team of legal engineers, consultants, project managers, and technical specialists. Allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects, working with existing delivery team. Drive professional development and knowledge sharing within the team. Operational Excellence Manage project financials, utilization, and profitability, including forecasting. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for delivery processes. Strategic Contribution Contribute to service offering development and go-to-market strategies. Stay current on Ironclad product roadmap and industry trends. Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts. Support sales and partnership activities. Experience: 10 years in professional services delivery, with at least 5 years in management roles. Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of contract management solutions, preferably Ironclad; experience in legal and procurement-focused environments is a plus. Project Management: Proven track record managing complex technology implementations. Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive results. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to executive audiences. Certifications: PMP or equivalent preferred; Ironclads certifications desirable but not necessary. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with integrations and migrations Change management and user adoption strategies. Financial acumen for managing budgets and profitability.
