U Beauty Therapy are looking for talented and experienced beauty therapists to join our team. Established in 2005, U Beauty Therapy is located in the Murrayfield area of Edinburgh. We are dedicated to providing the best quality beauty treatments for the face and body using some of the finest scientifically proven brands in the industry such as Guinot, Gelish, OPI, St Tropez, HD Brows and more. Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of beauty treatments including, facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage, brow and lash treatments to the highest standard.
* Provide personalised consultations to clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
* Work towards achieving monthly retail targets with uncapped commission.
* Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring clients are comfortable, informed, and satisfied throughout their visit.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and work areas.
* Keep up-to-date with beauty trends, products, and techniques to offer the latest services to clients.
Qualifications:
* Relevant certification from a recognised beauty school - SVQ Level 2 and above.
* Proven experience as a beauty therapist in a salon or spa setting of at least 2 years.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their preferences.
* Proficiency in techniques and knowledge of various beauty treatments.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner and great attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
