Responsibilities
To assess patients' health and care needs and develop/update care plans. Administer medication, Champion appropriate independence and personal choice and respect the values and needs of others.
Qualifications
A dedicated nurse with Mental Health experience, to join the team in providing high-quality care to their adult residents with long-term functional MH Issues and/or complex physical needs.
* Qualified Nurse and with valid PIN.
* Experience in Mental Health and similar settings
* Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
* Ability to work effectively and as part of a team.
* Paid annual leave 35 days per year (based on hours) inclusive of bank holidays
