🔧 About the Role:

You’ll be a key player in our Point-of-Care Medical Devices technical support operations, delivering exceptional service and training to healthcare professionals and clients. You’ll troubleshoot issues, support quality assurance efforts, and assist with ISO audit preparations—all while helping our customers get the best from our innovative products.


🧪 What You'll Be Doing:

* Support the daily operations of our point-of-care devices lab and quality control activities
* Deliver product training (in-person and online) to healthcare professionals
* Provide frontline technical support via phone, MS Teams, and email
* Create technical documentation, SOPs, and client resources
* Use SAP to manage tickets and support communications
* Assist with internal audits and compliance (ISO 9001 & 13485)
* Collaborate with internal teams on product and process improvements


✅ What We're Looking For:

* Science degree (preferably MSc or equivalent)
* Strong organisational skills and a proactive, team-first attitude
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Experience in a lab or medical/technical support setting preferred
* Confident delivering training to individuals or groups
* Familiar with ISO standards (bonus if you’ve worked with ISO 9001/13485)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus


📍 Location:

Office-based in Nuneaton, with occasional travel to customer sites and industry events.
