A Payments client based in London are looking for a Strong Payments Programme Manager to join them on an initial 6 month engagement.
The Programme Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes that support the Client's strategic growth objectives, including e-commerce, customer portal, and geographic expansion initiatives.
Role Requirements:
1. You will have an excellent technical grasp of payments and can connect the dots on complex projects
2. You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to rollout and ensure progress is tracked
3. You will have excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external
4. Managing a team of project managers in your region to mentor, knowledge share and support through project delivery within the Client.
Required Experience:
5. Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional programmes in technology-enabled or fintech environments
6. Strong understanding of digital platforms, e-commerce, and customer-facing systems
7. Experience working within structured governance and prioritisation models
8. Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and changing priorities
9. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
10. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls at programme level
This is an initial 6 month engagement working mainly remotely paying £500/day Outside IR35.
