We’re looking for a Part Time Sales Adviser to join our shop in Lyme Regis on an 8‑hour temporary contract.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional and inspiring service by demonstrating in‑depth knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Actively drive sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Provide first‑point resolution for any customer issues or feedback, actively seeking solutions for the benefit of the customer.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Help implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, utilising all product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
* Maintain a flexible approach to work, playing an active role in all operational tasks such as stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
