Our client is a well-established and highly respected international organisation, recognised for its quality and commitment to excellence. Following a period of significant transformation, they are now looking to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner to support a key business division.
Reporting into a fantastic Head of HR and business partnering a senior leader, this is a strategic leadership role, where you will support a defined business area and will partner directly with the SLT, whilst working closely with the wider people team and HR COE’s. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver people initiatives that align with the broader HR agenda, playing a critical part in enabling the organisation to attract and retain top talent, you will be at the forefront of embedding a culture where everyone can thrive.
