Ricoh is recruiting a Global Pricing Analyst to design, build, and deliver accurate and competitive pricing solutions for its largest global customers. This role is suited to candidates with strong experience in pricing, commercial pricing support, or pricing strategy, who enjoy working with complex data and global pricing frameworks.
You will be responsible for constructing pricing for Managed Print Services (MPS) and new service offerings, supporting both proactive and client‑led pricing activities. Accuracy, consistency, and commercial soundness are central to this role, alongside the ability to work within defined pricing tools and processes.

What you will be doing
* Review client pricing requirements and ensure pricing:
* Aligns with defined pricing strategies and competitiveness targets
* Is built on clear, rational, and documented assumptions
* Complies with required customer formats and internal standards
* Build pricing using Ricoh’s global pricing tools to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reproducibility.
* Ensure all pricing follows Pricing Quality Assurance (PQA) standards and is peer reviewed.
* Partner with Global Deal Managers to support pricing decisions and commercial positioning.
* Analyse customer data to inform pricing structures, identify sensitivities, and highlight risks or dependencies.
* Prepare pricing submissions and clearly articulate assumptions, constraints, and pricing rationale.
* Provide pricing expertise to support product and solution selection, ensuring competitive positioning, compliance with requirements, and optimal total cost outcomes.
* Present pricing recommendations and supporting rationale to internal stakeholders for review and approval.
* Support pricing activity across new services or evolving lines of business.
* Contribute to initiatives that improve pricing tools, processes, and ways of working.
* Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client and pricing documentation.
You will ideally have
* Experience in pricing or commercial pricing support within complex or multi‑country environments.
* Advanced Excel capability, including complex models, large data sets, and structured pricing templates.
* Strong pricing judgement, with the ability to balance competitiveness, risk, and internal guidelines.
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
* Clear communicator, comfortable explaining pricing logic to a broad range of stakeholders.
* Adaptable mindset, able to tailor pricing approaches across different customers, solutions, and geographies.
* Education: Ideally degree‑level education or equivalent experience, ideally within a numerate or business‑focused discipline.
