2nd Line/Desktop Support Analyst x 2 - Up to £45k - Central London - New!
Due to a period of growth, a market leading organisation requires a number of 2nd Line/Desktop Support Analysts to join it growing support function. Suitable candidates will have the following:
* Substantial experience of supporting Microsoft Windows environments including Windows Server 2016/2019, Windows 7/10, MS Office Suite, Active Directory and Office 365.
* Strong knowledge of PC hardware and the ability to set up, configure, and rebuild workstations.
* Excellent customer relationship, communications and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN topology
* Experience in an ITIL and/or SOX compliant organisation would be advantageous
