A global business are currently seeking a Core Banking Architect Lead to join them on a 6 month initial contract in London. The role requires experience of SOPRA/ SBS Core Banking platform, alongside very strong architectural and technical knowledge.
Essential Requirements:
* Deep, hands‑on experience with core banking platforms, ideally SBS/SOPRA.
* Extensive architectural and technical engineering experience.
* Demonstrable ability to influence, challenge, and direct suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* Strong technical understanding of banking products, processes, and industry standards.
* Proven experience in core banking implementation and large‑scale system integrations.
* Evidence of delivery ownership across full build/test/release cycles.
* Experience of legacy system conversion projects.
