* Leading on our annual curriculum review to ensure that sessions are up-to-date and responsive to feedback.
* Collaborate with senior staff to ensure all curriculum materials are evidence-based, align with national guidelines, and reflect our mission.
* Support the team to work with our Youth Advisory Group to gather insight and feedback on our curriculum, as well as implement changes.
3. Impact assessment and evaluation
* Lead on programme assessment, regularly updating and synthesising qualitative and quantitative data from young people and facilitators.
* Synthesise and summarise impact in weekly follow-up emails to schools, either direct or via Matilda.
* Report on impact by sharing insights with schools and contributing to monthly business reviews, bi-annual strategy days, and our annual Impact Report.
4. Business development and advocacy
* Build strong partnerships by representing Split Banana in schools and at external events, networking, and upselling our services.
* Act as a strong advocate for RSE, staying informed about policy changes, new research, and best practices to inform the team and represent Split Banana at local and national levels.
