Data Management Aide

JOB SUMMARY:
The Data Management Aide will improve and manage the quality of early childhood data record keeping and reporting at the agency level. Will collaborate closely with Children’s Services Managers to maintain quality of program services and to ensure that data is gathered and entered accurately in COPA and Salesforce in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitoring data management systems (Salesforce, Early Bird, CARES) at the agency level for all early childhood programming.
2. Handles sensitive information while adhering to confidentiality standards regarding staff, families, and children’s records.
3. Ensure documents in file match data system
4. Review and approve enrollments
5. Works with Health Aides to ensure health data is accurately entered into data management systems.
6. Supports all program managers to ensure all pertinent data is entered into databases and Salesforce.
7. Supports all sites with entering and maintaining eligibility data to ensure accuracy.
8. Assists Compliance team with data integrity and maintains integrity controls.
9. Assists in preparing data requests and reports.
10. Facilitates and participates in training courses that include, but are not limited to: Chicago Commons Earlybird, DFSS CARES trainings Creating reports Data Clinics Attendance
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, all Gads Hill Center employees are responsible for the following:
11. Participating in agency outreach and recruitment events, including evenings and weekends.
12. Participating in supervision meetings and workshops within the agency and outside (if applicable).
13. Participating in civic engagement activities that advance the mission of Gads Hill Center.
14. Advancing parent leadership development.
15. Performing other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
24. High School Diploma or GED
25. Possess good communication skills
26. Desire to continue career advancement
27. Valid Driver’s License required with willingness to travel locally.
28. Experience with multi-cultural programming is preferred.
29. Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills.
30. Ability to pass a criminal record and child abuse/neglect registry check.
31. A passion for the mission of Gads Hill Center.
POSITION DETAILS:
Entry Salary Range:>Schedule: Full time(40 hours/week)
Status: per hour
