Overview
Installation Electrician — Location: National (Leeds / Bradford region). Salary: £23 per hour (approx. £59,800 per annum based on 50 hrs/week). Hours: 50 hours per week, Monday–Friday (10-hour days, home by 5pm).
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and qualified Installation Electrician to join our growing engineering team. This role focuses on the installation and commissioning of electrical systems across a range of commercial environments, including offices, restaurants, and retail premises.
As an Installation Electrician, you will work directly with clients on-site, so a professional and customer-facing approach is essential. You will be part of a team of 12 engineers, fully supported with specialist tools, resources, and ongoing training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* As an Installation Electrician, install and commission electrical systems in commercial environments (restaurants, offices, retail, etc.).
* Ensure installations meet current regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
* Carry out testing and inspecting duties as required.
* Maintain clear communication and strong relationships with clients on-site.
* Report project progress, issues, and completion details to supervisors.
* Work collaboratively within the engineering team, supporting colleagues as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential:
* AM2 qualification
* 2391 Testing & Inspecting certification
* Proven experience working as an Installation Electrician in installation and commissioning
* Full UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel nationally to client sites
Desirable:
* Previous experience on commercial or industrial projects
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* Flexible, problem-solving approach
