Salary
* PIP Assessor (3 assessments per day): £40,850 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 and 12 months
* WCA Assessor (5–6 shorter assessments per day): £43,750 + bonus. £1,000 salary increase after 6 months
* Up to 10% quality and performance bonus
* Candidates should ideally be open to PIP or WCA depending on local availability.
Hours
* Full-time (WCA/PIP)
* Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
* Part-time (WCA Only)
* 0.6 FTE (3 days)
* 0.8 FTE (4 days)
* PT must work Friday and can choose the remaining days to work.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct structured assessments (telephone and face-to-face)
* Review medical evidence and daily living impact
* Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
* Make objective recommendations based on evidence
* This is an assessment-focused role — no prescribing, no treatment plans, no shift pressures.
Training
* 12-week paid training covering:
* Assessment techniques
* DWP guidelines
* Report writing
* You will be fully supported before working independently.

* Occupational Therapists (HCPC)
* Physiotherapists (HCPC)
* Paramedics (HCPC) (PIP Only)
* Pharmacists (GPhC) (PIP Only)
Qualifications
* Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
* At least 1-year active registration
* Strong communication and report writing skills
* Confident IT and typing skills
* Sponsorship is not available.
