In this role, you’ll support the estimating team in pricing additional works linked to reactive and planned maintenance tasks.
Working closely with account and contract teams, you’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analysing quotations across multiple accounts.
You'll play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of accurate quotes and proactively supporting wider operational and commercial objectives.
This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative environment within one of the UK's leading facility services providers.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, and experience in quoting or estimating, to make an impact in a short-term but highly valuable position.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage high-volume estimating and quoting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Prepare and deliver financial submissions and contract documentation
* Identify and assess risks within tenders and quotations
* Support value enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives
* Track, report, and manage quotes through to conversion
* Collaborate with the Quotations Team and clients to resolve queries
* Build and maintain strong client relationships within scope of responsibility
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Strong estimating experience with attention to detail and deadline focus
* Suitable for HNC/HND qualified individuals in Surveying or related fields
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with solid understanding of financial concepts
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
* Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Skilled in client communication, expectation management, and customer service
* Capable of planning and delivering complex work with a solutions-focused approach
