What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead, inspire and develop the sales team with clear processes and a focus on productivity.
* Coaching and mentoring to strengthen capability and build a high‑performing, future‑ready team.
* Drive commercial performance, influencing pricing, approvals and overall sales strategy; contribute to marketing, stock optimisation and market‑trend response.
* Set the tone from the top by exemplifying Toyota brand standards in every customer interaction.
About You
* Proven sales leader with a track record in a target‑driven environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer‑first mindset.
* Comfortable with data and performance metrics, and hands‑on coaching, mentoring and result delivery.
* Strong commercial awareness and automotive sector experience.
* Full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, professional presentation and high communication standards.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and digital systems.

* Experience working in the automotive industry.
