Are you an outgoing Manager with experience in restaurants, quick service, or coffee shops?
Tim Hortons is a part of Canadian culture with over 5,000 quick service restaurants worldwide, serving over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee. We are expanding in the UK, with plans to open hundreds of restaurants over the next 10 years.

Key Responsibilities
As a Tim Hortons Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Customer Service
* Leading by example and prioritizing customers.
* Ensuring customer focus in all operations.
* Staff scheduling to meet demand.
* Supporting operational efficiency.
* Conducting regular store walks from the customer's perspective.
People
* Encouraging staff suggestions and concerns.
* Recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
* Providing performance feedback, setting goals, and offering support.
* Managing absences and payroll.
* Identifying high performers and potential employees.
* Creating a respectful, inclusive team environment.
* Handling performance management in collaboration with HR.
Driving Sales
* Understanding sales trends and peak times.
* Ensuring proper product merchandising and marketing.
* Training staff in upselling techniques.
* Completing weekly cost control reports.
* Fostering continuous improvement through employee incentives.
Operations
* Analyzing KPIs such as sales, staff turnover, and safety standards.
* Maintaining operational standards, cleanliness, and hygiene.
* Managing stock orders and equipment maintenance.
* Ensuring adherence to opening and closing procedures.
* Promoting health and safety protocols and reporting incidents.
* Working flexible shifts as part of the management team.
Key Requisites
* Experience managing restaurants.
* Flexible and disciplined work approach.
* Experience in food environments is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good numeracy and literacy skills.
* Commitment to high standards of food hygiene and safety.
* Experience handling customer complaints.
* Adherence to health and safety procedures.
