Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver tailored 1:1 support to a student with additional needs, focusing on engagement and understanding across key subjects

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience supporting young people with autism and/or hearing impairments as a SEN Teaching Assistant
* Familiarity with secondary curriculum and strategies for supporting diverse learning needs
* Committed, resilient, and able to build strong working relationships with students and staff
* Able to travel to and from Solihull for a full-time role starting in September
