Salary: OTE: £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
WANTED An enthusiastic, energetic and highly motivated Sales Negotiator who wants a great earning and career opportunity.
We need an experienced Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency covering the Shoreditch area.
You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantage of sales opportunities.
You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiation skills.

Skills required for this Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) role will include:
* Previous residential Estate Agency experience
* Excellent (proven) sales ability
* High level of customer service skills
* Superb telephone manner and positive attitude
* Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
* Knowledge of the local Shoreditch area helpful
* Full Driving License essential and own car essential
* A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
