What You’ll Be Doing
In your role as a Senior Carer, you’ll take on additional responsibilities such as:
7. Leading and mentoring care teams during shifts
8. Administering medication and overseeing care documentation
9. Supporting with personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs
10. Liaising with families, external professionals, and Nurseplus teams to ensure person-centred care
11. Promoting independence and dignity through individualised care plans
12. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and health & safety protocols
You’ll provide care across a variety of local settings, helping to deliver consistent, high-quality support to those who need it most.
Who We’re Looking For
13. Aged 18 or over with the right to work in the UK
14. Minimum of 2 years’ care experience, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
15. Hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
16. Confident in spoken and written English
17. Able to travel independently to different care environments
18. A clear enhanced DBS (we can support you in applying for this)
19. Strong leadership skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for care
