* Supporting and supervising team members, helping to maintain high standards of practice
* Contributing to care planning and multi-agency reviews
* Applying your in-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Care Act, and safeguarding frameworks
* Acting as a key point of clinical and professional support within the team
