Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, you'll play a key role in managing the commercial function for Customer Care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out practical quantity surveying tasks and associated commercial activities.
* Supporting colleagues across the Customer Care team with clear, accurate commercial insight.
* Completing administrative duties in line with QS and commercial best practice.
* Producing accurate monthly CVR reports, working closely with project teams to ensure current and forecast positions are fully captured.
* Managing subcontractor accounts, including payments, contract administration, claims, variations and final accounts.
* Ensuring all reporting — including CVRs, expenditure and cash-flow — is delivered accurately and on schedule.
