Job Overview
The Associate, Platforms plays a key role in supporting the operational management and enhancement of our strategic platforms across the UK, Europe, and Asia. Reporting to the Director, Fund Distribution, this role involves assisting with daily administration, data reconciliation, and coordination of platform-related activities that support our global fund distribution and client data management functions. Additionally, the associate provides general support to the broader Fund Investor Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in platform administration and data management, including maintaining accurate records of platform agreements and fee structures in Salesforce.
2. Support the Fund Investor Operations team in cross-functional initiatives and projects.
3. Reconcile fee rates and platform fees, ensuring data integrity across platforms, Transfer Agent, and systems.
4. Manage the central repository of platform documentation and audit trails.
5. Coordinate platform agreement negotiations, amendments, and terminations.
6. Prepare and review documentation related to platform contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
7. Serve as a point of contact for platform operation queries, providing timely information to stakeholders.
8. Liaise with external platform partners to address issues or discrepancies.
9. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and support system enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
* Knowledge of the financial services industry.
* Understanding of platform operations, fee structures, and distribution dynamics.
